The error code "0033: The customer is not authorized for the content requested" indicates that you may not have a TV package that gives access to A&E content.
If you have an account with one of our TV providers but your package only includes internet service, or A&E is not included in your TV channel lineup, you will not be able to access locked content in our apps and on our website.
We recommend that you reach out to your TV provider to check whether A&E is included in your TV package and make any upgrades needed to access all of our content.
