I don't want to receive A&E push notifications on my phone or tablet anymore. How can I disable it?

Want to turn off push notifications? No problem! We’ll miss you. 

For iOS:

1. Open settings
2. Notifications
3. Select A&E/HISTORY/Lifetime etc. 
4. Turn off push notifications

 For Android: 

1. Open settings
2. Tap Apps & notifications > notifications
3. Select A&E HISTORY/Lifetime, etc. 
4. Turn off notifications
